MEMPHIS RAPPER BIG30 EXCITES WITH NEW SINGLE “NO LOVE”
Today, Memphis rapper and 2022 XXL Freshman BIG30 has released his latest single “No Love” via Bread Gang/N-Less Entertainment / Interscope Records. The menacing track will appear on BIG30’s highly anticipated debut album, Last Man Standing, which he just announced is releasing next Friday, September 30 (pre-save HERE). Over thunderous production that sets unmissable stakes, BIG30 raps about how, while his music has already made him a cult hero in Memphis, he still has to watch his back. It’s the kind of song that plays like a runaway train with overwhelming and unstoppable momentum. “No Love” (Bread Gang / N-Less / Interscope Records) by BIG30 is available now at all digital retailers HERE.
Earlier in 2022, XXL tapped BIG30 as a member of their latest Freshman Class. The distinction came one year after his longtime collaborator — and childhood friend — Pooh Shiesty was named to the ‘21 class. BIG30’s XXL Freshman Freestyle was ominous and full of personality, an all-too-brief summation of everything he does best. “No Love” is preceded by a quartet of singles — “On My Mama,” “Protest,” “Dead Guyz,” and the Hotboii collaboration “Scared Of Us” — from Last Man Standing that show the remarkable range that BIG30 has built into his music, spanning from the heartfelt and emotional to the unforgivingly razor-toothed.
While BIG30’s breakout mixtape, last fall’s King of Killbranch, included a number of high-profile guests — Pooh Shiesty and Moneybagg Yo were joined by Future, Lil Durk, Yo Gotti, and Offset — numerous outlets praised BIG30 as the headliner, with Complex writing that the newcomer “proves that he can rap with the best of them.” His forthcoming debut, Last Man Standing, will further cement BIG30 as one of rap’s most vital voices.
