H.E.R. - Slide ft YG
In August, H.E.R. released her I Used to Know Her LP whih was a compliation of rpevious work, and while fans are still waiting for her long-awaited debut album, sharing new buzz music with her fans. The musician returns with a brand new track titled “Slide” featuring YG.
On the Cardo-produced song, the west coast rapper flirts with H.E.R., saying: “You always wear them glasses / You don’t wanna let no sucka look you in your eyes, huh? / Better show off them eyelashes,” he says.
H.E.R. responds with another flirtatious quip, saying, “All you wanna do is gas me / How we end up in the backseat? / Just tryna get to the bag / We on the same page, you the same way / Only keep the fam’ around me / So let me know what it’s gon’ be / I don’t plan on gettin’ no sleep.”
