Clintn Lord is "Coming For Your Neck"
The energy of angst explodes on Clintn Lord’s latest “Coming For Your Neck,” now available on digital service providers. The Brooklyn emcee’s flow vacillates from erratic to calm as he raps about working through dramas.
““I’m coming for ya neck / God been trying to put a n-gga through a test / I can’t lie man I probably need a vest, vest,” he raps over the chilling, pounding track produced by Hugo, who also helmed Clintn’s recent song “Toxic.”
The song is in part about self protection. “There were a few times, more than a few, my life was nearly forfeited and these are stories I could never explain how I made it out -- bullets, crashes, corruption,” he says.
The rapper and model, who has hundreds of songs in the vault, will be releasing more music throughout the summer. “Coming For Your Neck” follows “Whippin White,” “Happy Fathers,” “ Toxic” and “Set Big.” His 2019 song “Ay! Caramba,” a collab with his big brother SAINt JHN, is enjoying mixshow spins.
