Alexa Ferr - If You Only Knew
R&B/Pop artist Alexa Ferr drops her new single "If You Only Knew" produced by Th3ory.
"If You Only Knew" finds Alexa trading her "Rugged Pop" sound to one rooted in R&B. The track embodies a slow jam Staying true to the art of R&B, "If You Only Knew" is an open letter to the special person in your life, that many individuals today can relate to.
Of the single, Alexa says: “If You Only Knew” is about being in a relationship with someone, and constantly be contacted by other individuals. However, you don't entertain them because you're loyal to the one your with. You are faithful to that one person, although they may be playing games behind your back. Essentially, "If You Only Knew" is about feeling secure in a relationship, and to not be taken advantage of by the one person you love and want to be with.
Since moving from Toronto to Los Angeles over four years ago, Alexa has actively been working with a number of producers to help craft her sound and her image as an artist. These producers include production duo, The Invaders (Normani Kordei of Fifth Harmony, Ashley Roberts, Dawn Richards) and most recently Th3ory of The Penhouse (Ye Ali, Eric Bellinger, PARTYNEXTDOOR). Th3ory recently produced Mary J Blige's "Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Thing" track on Elton Johns REVAMP album.
Th3ory is responsible for Alexa's 2016 single "Hit The Switch" which has achieved over 30,000 streams on Soundcloud and Alexa's new track "If You Only Knew."
